My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. Recording in the cafeteria of pompeu fabra university (poblenou campus). A sound of a metal knife and fork is the main sound and in the background we can hear the typical sound of a cafeteria with a lot of people. It was in the lunch time and the sound have high frecuencies due to the metal contact and middle-low frecuencies due to people talking.

Free to use without restricition. No attribution required. 50 seconds of ghostly wails over a dark sub bass drone with wide stereo reverb. Produced by using two old school analog synths, a cs-80 and a dx7. All chorus, phaser and reverb settings were manipulated within the synths. An external hi-pass eq plugin was added in order to cut off the subs at 30hz. These old analog synths produce frequencies way below the tolerance of your monitors; thus the need for a bass cutoff, not to mention to also prevent involuntary bowel leakage xd.

I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, inland in the desert, morning with the wind blowing the sand, desert mountains all around just like the wild west. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, on a pebble beach the morning after a big wave swell. The rocks being moved by the sea are at least as big as footballs, and the waves are 8-12ft. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. They are as big and as high quality as i can make. Please comment :).

This is my first recording using my binaural mic. I took a walk to meet my wife for lunch and decided to record it. It was windy outside, and even with the standard foam wind protection, you can still hear some wind rumble. It might be fixed using some low cut filtering but i wanted to post it as is. This take started inside my recording studio and ended in a fairly large avenue with lots of traffic (cars and motorcycles). There is a pause on the recording by 01:59, when i had to change the mic cable position. Signal chain: roland cs-10em (with foam windscreen) > sony pcm-m10 (rec level: manual, at about 3,5; mic sensitivity: low; limiter: off; low cut filter: disabled).
